If your bag develops a verified manufacturing defect after 12 months — or even after 10 years — you qualify to receive 50% of your original bag’s price as credit toward the purchase of a new bag.

Upgrade or Downgrade Options:

• Upgrade: Apply your Lifetime 50 credit (50% of original bag price) toward a higher-priced bag. You pay the difference between the new bag’s retail price and your Lifetime 50 credit.
• Downgrade: Apply your Lifetime 50 credit toward a lower-priced bag. No refund is provided if the credit exceeds the price of the new bag. Final price = price of the lower-priced bag minus Lifetime 50 credit.

Examples:

There is no fixed lifetime limit, but claims must be reasonable. Excessive or suspicious claims may be denied. 

Important Notes:

• The 50% benefit does not expire and may be used multiple times over the lifetime of the product.
• Each claim requires image verification of a manufacturing defect.
• Claims may be denied in cases of misuse, abuse, or excessive claims (e.g., repeated claims beyond reasonable wear expectations, such as multiple claims within a single year).
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and abuse are not covered.
• Chef Sac® reserves the right to review and deny claims inconsistent with normal product use.

To file a claim, email warranty@chefsac.com with the following information:

• 📸 Photos of the defect from multiple angles and close-ups
• 🧾 Order number and sales channel
• 📦 Shipping address for sending the replacement or Lifetime 50 coupon

What Happens Next:

3. Sends instructions for replacement or Lifetime 50 coupon
