Hand wash withcold waterand mild soap. Avoid hot water, harsh detergents, or dry cleaning.

It is better to air dry the bag naturally by hanging it upside down with the pockets unzipped preferably outside in the sun to de-odorize. Make sure that it is completely dry to avoid mold growth.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Opened, used, or non-re-sellable items, or items returned after30 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Yes! Chef Sac® stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our chef knife bags. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (original sales receipt required).
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same or a similar item at our discretion.
