What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canada and the U.S.
What about Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island?
Yes, we ship there as well. Please note that because it is outside of continental USA, delivery times may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We do but only by request. We will fulfill out of North America and charge shipping accordingly. Customers will be responsible for all Customs, VAT, Duty and Tax Fees.
Please contact us with which product (give us the link) and the country/destination to: email@example.com so we can give you an estimated shipping cost.
When will my order by shipped?
We process orders within 24 hours and our couriers take another 1-2 days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 2-3 days. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
Note: Due to the increase in order volumes during the holiday season, your order may experience delay in your order shipping.
What does "awaiting shipment" mean?
Our system automatically email updates you on the current status of your order.
Awaiting Fulfillment — Your have completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed.
Awaiting Shipment — Order has been pulled and packaged, and is awaiting collection from a shipping provider.
Shipped — Order has been shipped and you should be receiving it soon! You are emailed a tracking number.
Can I cancel an order?
Our orders are fulfilled automatically with fulfilment centers across USA and Canada. This is to ensure the quickest, fastest available shipping to our chefs to gear up for kitchen warfare. If you change your mind, you would need to wait until you receive the order before contacting us to process a return. See our return policy below.
