Some remote locations may require additional transit time depending on carrier availability. 

 

Delivery Times 

Most customers receive their orders within: 

  • USA: 3–5 business days 

  • Canada: 3–5 business days 

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & USVI: 6–10 business days 

  • Mexico: 5–10 business days 

  • EU: 6–10 business days 

  • International: 6–10 business days 

These are estimated delivery windows. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier conditions. 

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your local government.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

While we aim to minimize unexpected charges where possible, Chef Sac is not responsible for duties or delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds 

We want you to feel confident ordering from Chef Sac. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—quickly and fairly. 

 

30-Day Returns (North America) 

Customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico can return items within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible: 

  • Item must be unused 

  • In original packaging 

  • In re-sellable condition 

This ensures we can continue offering premium products at fair prices. 

 

Please note: 

  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and related charges are non-refundable 

 

EU Returns (14 Days) 

If you’re located in the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection laws. 

Return conditions: 

  • Unused 

  • Original packaging 

  • Resellable condition 

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective 

 

International Orders (Final Sale) 

Orders shipped outside North America and the EU are considered final sale. 

This allows us to: 

  • Offer reliable international shipping 

  • Avoid high cross-border return costs

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll fix it. 

All Chef Sac products are backed by our 12-month Back Our Sac Warranty and Lifetime 50 Policy. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right—quickly and hassle-free.

We’ll review your case quickly and provide a replacement or solution. 

 

Restocking & Return Conditions 

To keep things fair: 

  • Returns that are used, opened, damaged may incur a 20% restocking fee 

 

Refund Timeline 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days 

  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund 

Refunds include: 

  • Product purchase price only 

Non-refundable: 

  • Shipping fees
