Chef Sac® bags and straps are built for durability and backed by a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date (proof of purchase required). This covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner.

What’s Covered ✅

• Faulty stitching, broken seams, or weak material joints
• Zippers failing due to manufacturing defects
• Strap or structural defects compromising bag integrity

 

What’s Not Covered ❌

• Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, minor scratches)
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by cleaning products or improper care
• Bags that have been repaired or altered

 

Shipping Policy: Customers are responsible for sending approved warranty items to Chef Sac®. We cover shipping of the replacement bag. Bags must be shipped within 7 days of approval, with a valid tracking number.
